norwegian pullover

After a very long time finally a new post on this blog! Nice to still see you guys here :-)
I knitted this jumper for my mum's 60th birthday. She chose the colours and the greyish blue is just the same as the colour of her eyes which make them shine. The jumper fits her perfectly and she loves wearing it. It is my first big project with stranded knitting and was a labour of love, because somehow my knitting with two colours is really slow. I have tried lots and lots of different versions of how to hols my threads of yarn but still haven't found my perfect one. That's why it looks a bit messy  and far from perfect but luckily I started at the arms and when I got to the round yoke my stitched got much more regular.
