Have I ever mentioned that one can never have enough pin cushions? I think that this really is true! One surely is not sufficient unless you carry it around from the cutting mat to the sewing machine to the ironing board... And if you really do happen to have too many of them they make perfect little gifts for your sewing friends. This one I made for my sister and I have chosen one of my current favourite colour combinations: white / blue / green / aqua! Actually they are the same fabrics as in this pillow. And I think it makes a happy little pincushion.
Hab ich schon mal erwähnt, dass man nie genug Nadelkissen haben kann? Das denke ich wirklich! Eins reicht ganz klar nicht aus, es sei denn, du willst es ständig herumtragen von der Schneidematte zur Nähmaschine zum Bügelbrett... Und wenn du wirklich doch einmal zu viele davon haben solltest, dann sind sie auch ideal als kleine Geschenke für liebe Nähfreunde. Dieses hier habe ich für meine Schwester gemacht und ich habe meine aktuelle Lieblingsfarbkombination gewählt: weiß / blau / grün / türkis! Eigentlich sind es sogar die selben Stoffe wie in diesem Kissen. So ein Zufall!

Und die liebe Schwester hat sich riesig über das kleine Nadelkissen gefreut :-) Denn meine Nadeln kullern auch ständig dort herum, wo sie gar nicht hingehören.
