Progress :: Fortschritt

My pile of fabric squares has grown a bit. I started to lay them out and see what they look like together. I only covered a small area, maybe the size of a baby quilt but I already got excited because the colours red and blue instantly make me feel like summer holiday at the beach. Only a few more squares and I can start making the quilt top. I am already thinking about the next steps and how to quilt it, diagonals or staight lines??? 

Mein Stapel kleiner Stoffquadrate ist schon etwas gewachsen. Ich hab schon mal angefangen, sie auszulegen um zu sehen, wie sie zusammen aussehen. Ich hab zwar nur erst mal eine kleine Flaeche zusammengepuzzelt, aber bin schon jetzt ganz aufgeregt, denn die Farben blau und rot fuehlen sich fuer mich sofort wir Sommer-Strand-Urlaub an. Nur noch ein paar Quadrate und dann gehts los mit dem Zusammennaehen. I denke allerdings schon einen Schritt weiter wie z. B. ich quilten soll, diagonale oder gerade Linien???
